Kailash Parbat Singapore - Pure Vegetarian
About This Spot
Stepping into Kailash Parbat Singapore, nestled quietly on the ground level of the Hilton Garden Inn, feels like discovering an inviting nook where the familiar warmth of Indian flavors is given space to unfold naturally. There’s an easy pace here, where conversations blend seamlessly with the gentle hum of a busy kitchen crafting vegetarian delights, and the scent of spices offers a comforting embrace rather than overwhelming the senses.
The atmosphere is casual yet attentive, a place where thoughtful service meets the sincere enthusiasm of staff eager to guide you through their menu. It’s neither rush nor pretense but a steady, reassuring rhythm that encourages you to linger over plates that bring together street food vibrancy and homely traditions. There’s a particular joy in watching guests explore the chaat counter, as fresh creations like pani puri and sev puri come to life with every bite—each offering a layer of textures that spark shared smiles around the table.
This is a spot where dishes feel like small celebrations of India’s culinary tapestry—whether it’s the satisfying crunch of vada pav brought to a new height or the freshly baked naan balls paired with rich paneer makhani. The menu extends beyond the usual, inviting diners to try curious combinations or sip on traditional drinks like kokum juice, which gently cool and refresh in the tropical heat of Singapore.
While the setting is refined by its location near a temple and within a hotel, the vibe remains grounded, welcoming a diverse crowd seeking authentic vegetarian options without pretense. The space carries a quiet optimism—subtle reminders of the rich heritage behind each dish, paired with a modern Singaporean appreciation for quality and comfort.
For those who favor a meal that’s both hearty and nuanced, with a touch of nostalgia and the buzz of shared moments, Kailash Parbat offers a sincere invitation to explore vegetarian Indian cuisine in a way that feels genuinely local and thoughtfully crafted.

Had a great experience this time at KP. We had chaat- pani puri, aloo tikki and papdi chaat which were all great! Followed by Chole bhature, vada pav, schezwan fried rice and chilli paneer. The Indo chinese is decent Drinks are great especially the kokum and kala khatta ones! Overall, good indian food, was surprised at the vadapav actually being good!

One of the best veg restaurants in Singapore, I have visited. The taste of the food is so authentic and yummy. Service and ambience is also very good. If you are searching for any pure veg restaurant, try this for sure. And if you want to have tasty indian food, must try. Pyaz kulcha is awesome.

Solid North Indian food but fairly pricey. Kailash Parbat is known for its Chaat- do get the Chaat platter if you have a group of 3-4 people. We tried the Sev Puri on this occasion, freshly made from their Chaat counter. Do try the Mini Naan Balls also, which are cheese-stuffed naan balls served with Paneer Makhani. One plate (4 balls) of these naan balls will increase your happiness 4x and perhaps shave off 4 years of your lifespan as well. Incredibly rich and delicious. The drinks are incredibly pricey though. I ordered the Salted Lassi. It's good, but the portion and taste doesn't justify the cost at all.

It is located in the ground level of Hilton hotel and next to temple. The staff is helpful and friendly. The food (chat) quality could be better as it was very dry (not enough chutney). The drink was good. The vibe is good as wells Overall good value.

Kailash Parbat food and service is just amazing. The food tastes too good and you get an option to choose the spice level in your food. I personally loved the bhelpuri, paneer butter masala, dal makhni and their salad. The service is quick. The servers are friendly and always greet you with a smile.

Kailash Parbat Singapore is a fantastic destination for authentic Indian vegetarian cuisine done right. The food is flavourful, well-seasoned, and proves that vegetarian dishes can be just as satisfying and delicious. The momos and chow mein are standout highlights cooked to perfection, beautifully textured, and packed with taste despite being purely vegetarian. Each dish reflects careful preparation and a deep understanding of spices and balance. If you’re looking for wholesome, comforting, and truly tasteful vegetarian food in Singapore, Kailash Parbat is definitely worth a visit.
